1. Requirements
- Previous experience working as COO or CEO;
- Perfect understanding of gambling industry in the different markets;
- Knowledge of betting/gaming legal rules and guidelines;
- A track record of success in managing a staff of over 5 employees;
- Highly organized and commercial thinking;
- Strong business acumen and negotiating skills;
- Take action and lead in the face of complex challenges;
- Leadership and business development skills;
- Strong selfmotivation, autonomy, and passion for forwardthinking, with a strong drive to work in a fastpaced environment;
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, risk taking and define alternatives in resolving issues;
- Advanced English.
2. Responsibilities
- Management of the operational and commercial activities of the company’s ecosystem;
- Ensuring the achievement of all planned and economic indicators;
- Participation in the planning, development and implementation of strategic goals and determining priority areas for the company's development;
- Development and control of the effective formation of all directions in PIN-UP ecosystem;
- Optimization, regulation, and implementation of necessary business processes;
- Solving administrative, financial, legal and personnel issues together with other employees;
- Assessment of risks and opportunities of the company in the project implementation;
- Planning, implementation and control of the budget, cost optimization;
- Planning the company's growth by indicators: revenue, brand awareness, active players, CGR;
- Implementation of marketing campaigns;
- Market analysis and development of an improvement strategy;
- Interaction with CLevel and top management of the company to achieve operational goals.
