1. Requirements
- Proven experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience;
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and trends;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data;
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work;
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
2. Responsibilities
- Development of bonus systems together with department heads, their automation and implementation;
- Description of bonus systems for employees;
- Updating bonus systems after implementation;
- Control of all bonus systems;
- Development of internal rules and bonus policies;
- Analysis of the competitiveness of benefit packages for employees and proposals for changing them.
