1. Requirements
- Commercial experience in similar positions;
- Excellent communication skills, understanding of human psychology;
- Adaptability, proactivity, flexibility, and multitasking;
- Desire and ability to quickly learn new material;
- Good abilities to quickly learn and drive changes in a highly dynamic environment;
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
2. Will be plus
- Basic knowledge of IT processes;
- English — at least Intermediate level;
- Experience in working with JIRA / Confluence.
3. Responsibilities
- Participating in fullcycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, etc.;
- Participation in the full cycle of HR processes: adaptation and support of employees, onboarding and offboarding;
- Working with the atmosphere and general dynamics in the team, recognizing and helping to resolve personal and interpersonal issues between team members, managing risks;
- Regular monitoring of employee satisfaction, engagement and other metrics;
- Build strong relationships with employees and provide HR guidance and support;
- Cooperation with the HR team for the planning and implementation of corporate HR initiatives;
- Participation in the creation and implementation of team building and corporate events;
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations;
- Develop and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality;
- Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring all paperwork is uptodate and complies with laws and company policies;
- Prepare legal documentation such as employees’ contracts.
