1. Requirements
- 3 plus year experience in HR IT (adaptation, employee engagement & retention, separation);
- English language, Upperintermediate level (B2) preferably;
- Great experience in organisation and implementation of the HRprocesses;
- Experience in improving the employer's brand;
- Experience in conducting employee satisfaction surveys;
- Experience in building inner channels of communication.
2. Will be plus
- Previous experience working with a rapidly scaling company of 100500 people;
- Strategic thinking and planning;
- Additional courses and training in the field of organizational psychology, HR management, coaching, etc.
3. Soft Skills
- Highly developed listening and communication skills;
- Problem solving through analysis, and facilitation;
- Multitasking and timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks;
- Attentive to details.
4. Responsibilities
- Responsibilities:
- Implementation of a full cycle of HR processes for entrusted commands;
- Onboarding of HR process managers;
- Training and support of existing managers;
- Monitoring the level of “satisfaction” of employees;
- Identification of the needs of teams and the implementation of actions to implement these needs;
- Providing analytics for managers on a monthly basis;
- Reporting system on monthly/quaterly/yearly basis;
- Dealing with executive requests regarding their team;
- Adaptation of policies and procedures to the specifics of teams;
- Proposals and participation in the organization of events that will raise the team spirit;
- Development of new ideas to strengthen the corporate culture and brand of the employer.
