1. Requirements
- Experience in the position of Product Marketing Manager, Product;
- Manager from 2 years;
- Experience in the position of Growth Product Manager from 1 year+;
- Experience with web, mobile;
- Knowledge of digital product development processes;
- Multifunctional work with different stakeholders;
- Experience with users research (NPS, CES & CSAT);
- Experience in depth interviews;
- Product research;
- Knowing creating and working with the hypothesis;
- Data analysis and interpretation. Ability to analyze data;
- Knowing of ABtesting;
- Knowing of analytics system (GA4, Tableau, Firebase, Amplitude);
- English B2+.
2. Will be plus
- Knowledge of digital advertising ecosystems;
- Knowledge of GTM;
- Knowledge of Event Based Analytics;
- Cases of improvement of product results;
- Knowledge of Growth Hacking.
3. Responsibilities
- Perform surveys, interviews, and focus groups for obtaining actionable insights about the consumer's needs and product usage experience;
- Perform consumer research and competitive analyses to develop indepth knowledge of buyer personas, key category trends, and competitive landscape;
- Working with analytics and searching for growth hypotheses;
- Formation of product growth hypotheses and conducting ABtests;
- Influence and be responsible for LTV, CR, revenue and other indicators.
