1. Requirements
- Experience in B2C and B2B online sales;
- Experience in sales on English-speaking markets through chats, emails, and events;
- Experience with digital/IT/SaaS products;
- Understanding of the sales funnel, identifying lead needs, and extracting crucial information;
- Familiarity with sales closing techniques;
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher;
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), ability to ask questions and persuade effectively;
- Proactive approach to achieving desired results (waiting for a response is not our strategy);
- Ethical and considerate communication with clients and the team;
- Fast adaptation to business changes.
2. Will be plus
- Experience in selling banner advertising on websites;
- Experience in the field of affiliate marketing;
- Willingness to relocate and work from the office.
3. Responsibilities
- Customer acquisition: Convert advertising leads into clients through chats, emails, and events, identify their needs, and maintain long-term working relationships;
- Sales development: Organize the sales process, analyze potential clients, and explore new sales strategies;
- Product understanding: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential clients;
- Market research: Stay informed about market trends and conditions;
- Reporting: Record leads, tasks, deals, and progress in CRM;
- Website/forum administration: Independently add advertiser banners, manage website/forum administrative tasks;
- Provide clear design briefs to the designer;
- Onboarding and client support (Account Management):
- Monitor payment processing;
- Maintain financial reporting with partners;
- Contract negotiations.
