1. About the role
- Now we are a team of 30+ and we are about to scale up. Thus, we are looking for a passionate Lead TA in Limassol who is familiar with change management.
- You’ll be trusted to work autonomously, implement your ideas and share your knowledge.
- Our main markets: Cyprus, Ukraine, Poland, Kazakhstan and Armenia, however we are hiring professionals all over the world also.
- Reporting line: Head of Talent Acquisition
- Your team size: 10+ recruiters
- The scope of this role expands beyond strategic talent acquisition and includes other talentrelated projects and work needed to support our evolving PIN-UP journey.
2. Requirements
- 5+ years of fullcycle recruitment, 2+ years managing a recruiting team
- International recruitment experience
- Knowledge of English (B2 and higher)
- Proven success in recruiting and filling nontech Middle/TOP and Clevel positions
- Proven organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics
- Team player who can jump in and support the team on a variety of topics and tasks
- Experience in describing recruitment policies & procedures
- Confident work ethic and high sense of urgency

- Experience in iGaming
4. Responsibilities
- Coordinate workload of the team, prioritize tasks
- Design and monitor key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of our employment practices
- Quality control of all activities and politics we have
- Control that recruitment policies, processes and standards are followed at all levels
- Develop and implement programs to recruit and select the talent to meet the organization’s business needs
- Develop recommendations for course corrections by leveraging data from our ATS, post interview and post hire surveys and other feedback loops
- Provide consistent training and best practices to the rest of the recruiting team
- Coordinate cooperation with Freelancers and Agencies
- Identifies external developments that could impact the organization and develops solution
- Participate in other projects (Internal Mobility, Internship, automatization etc)
