1. Requirements
- Management experience in a call center / product trainer experience of at least 2 years;
- Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills;
- The ability to analyze complex situations, find rational solutions, and constructively solve problems;
- Skills in developing educational materials and conducting training courses in both classroom and online formats;
- Strong understanding of online and distance learning principles and instructional design methodologies. Familiarity with LMS systems;
- Advanced user of MS Office;
- English language proficiency level not lower than B2.
2. Will be plus
- Higher education.
3. Responsibilities
- Managing and timely updating of the Product Training system within the company;
- Effective interaction with department managers of PIN-UP.CRM (training stakeholders), gathering training needs and implementing relevant educational initiatives;
- Managing the team of product trainers, including team members in foreign locations;
- Customizing training programs to meet the needs of different geographic locations. Ensuring quality control of training in various regions;
- Monitoring training effectiveness metrics. Analyzing reasons for trainee attrition, suggesting strategies for retention.
